The shop’s claim to fame is the “Minato-machi Niboshi Ramen”. The dense broth of the boiled niboshi (dried sardines) has a wonderful smell, that brings the bounty of the Kesennuma sea to your bowl. Also try the popular mackerel version of their ramen.
