Tsurukame Hot Spring at Mishione-Yokocho
At Mishione-Yokocho, you’ll find a variety of restaurants and bars to enjoy from morning to night, both local and ethnic. A natural hot spring in the area with over 130 years of history was abandoned 3 years ago, before making a comeback here at Mishione. It now flows into an attached bathhouse to the Tsurukame cafeteria, making it a “bath and breakfast”. Both are open from 6am (about when fishermen finish their work), making this a place that shows Kesennuma’s gratitude to their beloved fishermen.
