It is a restaurant run by Yamayo Suisan, which has been producing, processing, and selling marine products, mainly oysters, for more than 90 years since it began oyster farming in the early Showa period.
While gazing out at the beautiful scenery of Oshima Seto, you can eat our prized oyster dishes using oysters that are carefully raised with a focus on quality. In summer, there are also menus using sea urchins and sea squirts!
A healing space that makes you want to stay longer on sunny days.
Although it is not a complete reservation system, advance reservations are recommended due to the limited number of seats.
After your meal, have a delicious coffee supervised by Anchor Coffee.

*The shortcut to Yamayo Shokudo is to turn left immediately after crossing the Kesennuma Oshima Ohashi Bridge. There is a signboard wrapped around the telephone pole, so please follow it as a landmark. Please be careful when driving, as there are parts where the road is so narrow that cars cannot pass each other, and there are turns that require turning back.
You may also encounter antelopes along the way. Slow down when you see it as it may cross right in front of your car.
